Program Overview: Join us for a weekly kids yoga program designed specifically for ages 8-12! Yoga Poses: Learn different yoga poses suitable for kids.
Mindfulness: Practice exercises to enhance focus and awareness.
Breathing Techniques: Learn simple techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
