  • Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Program Overview: Join us for a weekly kids yoga program designed specifically for ages 8-12! Each session will be a fun and interactive exploration of yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and breathing exercises. The program aims to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being in a supportive and engaging environment.

Activities:

  • Yoga Poses: Learn different yoga poses suitable for kids.

  • Mindfulness: Practice exercises to enhance focus and awareness.

  • Breathing Techniques: Learn simple techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Schedule:

Materials: Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
